IMPORTANT Ideally, please follow this process:

1. Search database for the anime or game you wish to add characters to

2a) If found, scroll along the character section until you see Add a Character link

2b) If not found, use Add Title to add the Title to the DB then do 2a

3) Fill out this form and the character will be added, no moderation needed

If a character is already in the DB and you want them assigned to another series, please PM Rei on the forums.
